Our Services

bi-directional stainless steel chute

Our custom fabrication shop offers a range of services to an array of industries. From replacement parts to custom products, our services fit your every need. Our areas of expertise include:

Design & Fabrication
Let us handle your custom fabrication project for industrial & commercial use. We can design, cut, bend and assemble your parts and pieces to your specification.

Engineering
We can design and create virtually anything that you can think of. Give us your CAD designs or we can design it for you. We cater to all of your mechanical and structural needs.

Welding

We can create light and heavy weldments in aluminum, steel & stainless steel. Our MIG and TIG welders are among the best in the industry.

– Gas Metal Arc Welding or GMAW (otherwise known as MIG Welding or MAG Welding) is the most commonly used welding process in the industry; due to it’s ease of adaptation, speed, and versatility.

– Gas Tungsten Arc Welding or GTAW (otherwise known as TIG Welding) the most common use for TIG Welding is for welding thin sections of stainless steel. It is also used to weld copper alloys, aluminum, and magnesium.

Steel Fabrication

We specialize in shearing, sawing, rolling, press break work, punch press work
& general machining

Waterjet Cutting

Our waterjet cutter can cut virtually any material! Waterjet Cutting (also known as Water Jet Cutting) is a process by which the machine cuts through a material or substance using using a high-pressure stream of water. Waterjet Cutting is the preferred method to avoid melting and burning of surfaces.

We have the ability to machine intricate parts out of almost any material, such as:

  • Hot Rolled Plate
  • Stainless Steel
  • Tool Steel
  • Aluminum
  • Titanium
  • Copper
  • Tungsten
  • Glass
  • Rubber
  • Ceramics
  • Lexan
  • Brass

ADVANTAGES OF WATERJET CUTTING OVER OTHER METHODS:

  • No heat-affected zones, allowing superior edge quality
  • Minimal tooling and set up required for short runs, making customized
    jobs more cost effective
  • Eliminates many secondary operations, drastically reducing machining costs
  • Almost no mechanical, heat or chemical influence on the workpiece
  • Complicated contours are easily cut
  • Great for locating and cutting holes for secondary operation prep
  • Minimal loss of material
  • Varying levels of cutting surface quality available

CAPABILITIES

  • Cut material up to 4″ thick 55″ X 100″ cutting envelope
  • Two dimensional geometrics within +/- .010
  • Customer CAD drawings can be retrieved via email
  • We can produce CAD drawings from your blue prints
